As responsabilidades do (a) profissional que ocupará esse cargo serão:

• Realizar a solicitação e acompanhamento de envios de equipamentos. • Acompanhar pedidos desde a expedição até a confirmação da entrega. • Monitorar códigos de rastreio, prazos e status das transportadoras. • Realizar a abertura e acompanhamento de solicitações de coleta. • Controlar processos de logística reversa, incluindo devolução, troca e recolhimento de equipamentos. • Acompanhar equipamentos em trânsito e garantir a correta finalização das movimentações. • Atuar na tratativa de ocorrências como atrasos, insucessos de entrega, endereço incorreto, extravios, avarias e devoluções. • Manter contato com transportadoras e parceiros logísticos para resolução de pendências. • Atualizar sistemas, planilhas e controles internos com os status das movimentações. • Conferir informações de destinatário, endereço e dados necessários antes do envio. • Apoiar os processos relacionados à emissão de etiquetas, documentos e demais informações necessárias para expedição. • Acompanhar equipamentos devolvidos até o recebimento no estoque ou destino definido. • Identificar pendências de coleta ou devolução e realizar follow-up até a conclusão. • Apoiar o controle de estoque e movimentação de equipamentos quando necessário e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e SLAs da operação logística. • Elaborar controles e reportes sobre equipamentos enviados, entregues, pendentes, em devolução ou em processo de coleta.

Ferramentas Utilizadas: SAP — utilizado para consultas, registros e acompanhamento de informações relacionadas à movimentação de materiais, pedidos, estoques, requisições e demais processos logísticos integrados ao ambiente SAP. • Sistema de Gestão de Spare — ferramenta utilizada para o controle e gerenciamento de spares (peças e materiais de reposição), auxiliando no acompanhamento de disponibilidade, movimentações, necessidades de reposição, reservas e atendimento das demandas operacionais. • Noovem — plataforma utilizada como apoio aos processos logísticos, possibilitando o acompanhamento e a consulta de informações necessárias para o controle das demandas, movimentações e atividades relacionadas à operação. • GOON — ferramenta de suporte às rotinas do Backoffice Logístico, utilizada para consulta, registro e acompanhamento das atividades operacionais, contribuindo para o controle das demandas e para a atualização das informações ao longo do processo. • VIPP — sistema utilizado no acompanhamento e controle das solicitações relacionadas à operação logística, permitindo a consulta, atualização e rastreabilidade das informações necessárias para o atendimento das demandas.
