Assistente de Backoffice (BKO) Júnior

? Objetivo da posição

Atuar no suporte às operações de Backoffice, realizando tratativas operacionais de pedidos e apoiando a resolução de demandas do dia a dia, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos, dos SLAs e contribuindo para uma experiência positiva do cliente.

? Principais responsabilidades Realizar tratativas operacionais relacionadas a pedidos, como correções, ajustes, reenvios, estornos e devoluções, conforme procedimentos estabelecidos. Executar análises básicas de inconsistências sistêmicas e operacionais, direcionando casos complexos para os níveis responsáveis. Acompanhar filas de atendimento e contribuir para o cumprimento dos SLAs definidos. Registrar informações e manter os controles operacionais atualizados. Auxiliar na identificação de inconsistências recorrentes e comunicar oportunidades de melhoria à liderança. Seguir os procedimentos operacionais padrão (POP), garantindo a qualidade e padronização das tratativas. Participar de treinamentos e capacitações para desenvolvimento técnico e operacional. Apoiar a equipe em demandas operacionais, contribuindo para o cumprimento do backlog e dos indicadores da área.

? Indicadores de performance (KPIs) Cumprimento de SLA nas tratativas. Produtividade (volume de demandas tratadas). Qualidade das tratativas realizadas. Taxa de retrabalho. Aderência aos processos e procedimentos internos.

? Requisitos Ensino Médio completo (desejável Ensino Superior cursando em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas). Experiência em atendimento, operações, Backoffice ou e-commerce será considerada um diferencial. Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel. Boa capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes. Facilidade para aprender novos sistemas e processos.

Vivência em operações de e-commerce. Conhecimento em plataformas de atendimento ou gestão de pedidos. Experiência com sistemas ERP, CRM ou plataformas de marketplace. Conhecimento básico em Excel (filtros, classificação e fórmulas simples).
