Tekorten zien aankomen voordat ze er zijn en ze samen met leveranciers oplossen? Dan maak jij hier elke dag het verschil. Voor een groeiende distributeur van voedingsproducten in regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een Supply Planner.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische organisatie in volle transitie, met een team van zes planners verdeeld over een vestiging in West- en een in Oost-Vlaanderen. Je kiest zelf vanuit welke site je werkt en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamlead Demand Planning. Het bedrijf zet sterk in op interne doorgroei en verwacht dat je met een frisse blik naar de bestaande processen kijkt.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Voorraadniveaus beheren en de balans bewaken tussen overschotten en tekorten.
  • Leveranciers opvolgen op levertijden, hoeveelheden en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Dreigende tekorten proactief signaleren en oplossingen afstemmen met leveranciers en collega's.
  • Telefonisch schakelen met leveranciers wanneer snel bijsturen nodig is.
  • Kritisch kijken naar bestaande werkwijzen en verbeteringen voorstellen.
  • Mee de overstap naar een nieuw ERP-systeem voorbereiden.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in planning, supply chain of voorraadbeheer.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je bent proactief, neemt gemakkelijk de telefoon en durft de vraag te stellen "waarom doen we dit zo?".
