Στο πλαίσιο της δυναμικής μας ανάπτυξης αναζητούμε να καλωσορίσουμε στην ομάδα μας Supply Planner, ο/η οποίος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την/τον:

  • Supply & Production Planning: Μετατροπή του πλάνου πωλήσεων σε πλάνο παραγωγής και εφοδιασμού, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την παραγωγική δυναμικότητα, τους χρόνους παραγωγής και τη διαθεσιμότητα πρώτων υλών.
  • Demand Coordination: Συνεργασία με την ομάδα Sales για την αξιοποίηση των προβλέψεων πωλήσεων, την αξιολόγηση μεταβολών στη ζήτηση και την προσαρμογή του πλάνου εφοδιασμού, όπου απαιτείται.
  • Material Requirements Planning: Υπολογισμός των αναγκών σε πρώτες ύλες και υλικά συσκευασίας, καθώς και συντονισμός με το Procurement για την έγκαιρη κάλυψή τους.
  • Inventory Management: Παρακολούθηση και βελτιστοποίηση των αποθεμάτων πρώτων υλών, υλικών συσκευασίας και τελικών προϊόντων, με στόχο την αποφυγή ελλείψεων και υπερ-αποθεμάτων.
  • Product Availability & Shelf Life: Διασφάλιση της διαθεσιμότητας των προϊόντων και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση της διάρκειας ζωής τους, με στόχο τον περιορισμό λήξεων, απαξιωμένων αποθεμάτων και απωλειών.
  • Production Monitoring: Παρακολούθηση της εκτέλεσης του πλάνου παραγωγής, εντοπισμός αποκλίσεων και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση πιθανών καθυστερήσεων ή περιορισμών.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Καθημερινός συντονισμός με Production, Procurement, Warehouse και Logistics, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η ομαλή ροή υλικών και προϊόντων.
  • S&OP Coordination: Συντονισμός της διαδικασίας S&OP, με συγκέντρωση και ενοποίηση των δεδομένων ζήτησης, παραγωγής, προμηθειών και αποθεμάτων. Υποστήριξη της διατμηματικής ευθυγράμμισης για την έγκαιρη λήψη αποφάσεων και τη διαμόρφωση ενός ενιαίου πλάνου.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Παρακολούθηση βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης, ανάλυση αποκλίσεων και υποβολή προτάσεων για τη βελτίωση της αποτελεσματικότητας της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας.

Requirements

Αν διαθέτεις

  • Πτυχίο σε Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Βιομηχανική Διοίκηση ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε Supply Planning / Production Planning / Inventory Management / Demand Planning, κατά προτίμηση σε βιομηχανία τροφίμων ή FMCG.
  • Κατανόηση διαδικασιών προγραμματισμού παραγωγής, διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών, περιορισμών δυναμικότητας, διαδικασιών forecasting, inventory management και S&OP.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλαπλών εργασιών και αποτελεσματικής συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel και εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα (SAP).
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Εμπειρία σε εργαλεία demand planning ή business intelligence (PBI) ή εξειδικευμένα planning systems θα θεωρεί ως επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
