📍 Hôtel / Auberge de montagne – 8 chambres

Dans le cadre de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) polyvalent(e). Le Schallern est un établissement situé au cœur des Hautes Vosges sur les hauts de la Vallée de Munster. Adossé au flanc du Petit Hohneck, au milieu des pistes de ski de la station du Gaschney, le Schallern est un lieu unique offrant un cadre de travail exceptionnel en pleine nature.

Ambiance nature garantie avec une vue imprenable sur la plaine d’Alsace et la Forêt Noire.

Le poste est principalement consacré au service du petit-déjeuner et à l’entretien de l’établissement, avec des missions ponctuelles d’accueil et de réception.

VOS MISSIONS :

Petit-déjeuner

  • Mise en place du buffet et de la salle
  • Accueil des clients au petit-déjeuner
  • Préparation et service des boissons
  • Réassort du buffet pendant le service
  • Débarrassage des tables
  • Rangement et nettoyage de la salle de restaurant après le service

Entretien de l’hôtel

  • Nettoyage et remise en état des chambres
  • Nettoyage des parties communes
  • Entretien général de l’établissement
  • Gestion, rangement et suivi du linge
  • Gestion des stocks de linge et des produits nécessaires à l’activité

Accueil & réception

  • Accueil et renseignement des clients
  • Réalisation ponctuelle des check-in et check-out, lorsque les autres missions de la matinée sont terminées
  • Réponse aux demandes courantes des clients
  • Veiller au bon déroulement du séjour des clients

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

  • Horaires fixes
  • 3 jours de repos consécutifs pendant les périodes hors vacances scolaire
  • Soirées libres, aucun service du soir
  • Poste au sein d'une petite structure de 8 chambres
  • Logement possible sur place
  • Rémunération à partir de 12.31€ et selon profil

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Nous recherchons une personne sérieuse, dynamique, autonome et organisée, qui apprécie la polyvalence et le contact avec la clientèle.

Vous êtes :

  • Ponctuel(le) et fiable
  • À l’aise avec le contact client
  • Organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails
  • À l’aise avec les tâches d’entretien et de nettoyage
  • Capable de travailler de manière autonome
  • Motivé(e) et volontaire

Une première expérience en hôtellerie, restauration, ménage ou accueil est appréciée, mais nous sommes également ouverts aux profils motivés souhaitant découvrir le métier.
