Le restaurant le Mannele, Brasserie, biergarten et winstub Strasbourgeoise propose une carte autour d'une cuisine Alsacienne et contemporaine.

Notre restaurant est situé face au Parc des Expositions au Wacken, dans un cadre verdoyant et contemporain, conçu dans une maison alsacienne et offrant une grande terrasse ensoleillée.

Qu'est-ce que tu feras à votre poste ?

- Vielle au respect des règles d’hygiènes du personnel ;

- Entretien des locaux ;

- Gestion des commandes et livraison de la marchandise ;

- Participer à la mise en place et à la distribution des plats ;

- Contrôle la préparation et la finition des plats ;

- Nettoyage et entretien de la cuisine ;

- Remplacement du chef de cuisine en son absence.

- Exprimer du dynamisme et se soucier du bien-être du client ;

- Être capable d’appliquer et de faire appliquer les bases culinaires ;

- S’adapter à la diversité des rythmes de commande ;
