Notre objectif ? Faire vivre chaque jour des expériences uniques à nos clients.

Tu as le goût du challenge, le sens du service et l’envie de développer des projets commerciaux dans un environnement dynamique ?

Rejoins notre équipe commerciale composée de 4 personnes

Missions principales :

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Commerciale, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles de nos différents établissements.

· Gérer les demandes, réservations et événements de groupes et clients professionnels pour l’ensemble des établissements FAKTORY.

· Identifier les besoins clients et proposer des offres adaptées.

· Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients et partenaires.

· Prospecter de nouveaux clients et détecter de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

· Valoriser les établissements et leurs prestations auprès des clients.

· Assurer le suivi des dossiers de A à Z : devis, organisation, coordination, facturation et suivi client.

· Contribuer à la visibilité et à l’attractivité des établissements.

· Être force de proposition pour développer l’activité commerciale : tes idées comptent

· Maîtriser et assurer le suivi des outils de réservation et logiciels métiers.

  • Préparer et transmettre des rapports d’activité réguliers à la Direction Commerciale.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables d’établissement afin d’assurer une organisation fluide et une prestation conforme aux attentes clients.

Profil recherché :

• Une première expérience commerciale dans l’hôtellerie, le tourisme, l’événementiel ou dans un environnement B2B.

• Maîtrise des techniques de prospection, de vente et de négociation.

• À l’aise avec les outils numériques et les logiciels métiers.

• Excellente maîtrise de l’orthographe et de l’expression écrite et orale.

• Esprit curieux, autonome et force de proposition.

• Réactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

• Sens du service client et excellent relationnel.

Particularités du poste :

• Une certaine flexibilité peut être nécessaire en fonction des événements, des rendez-vous clients et des imprévus.

• Participation ponctuelle à des événements professionnels, visites clients ou opérations commerciales.

• Poste offrant une forte autonomie et une possibilité d’être force de proposition.

Informations complémentaires :

Poste en CDD de 6 mois avec possibilité d’évolution vers un CDI

Temps de travail : 39H heures par semaine

Rémunération à partie de 2540€ brut par mois
