Notre restaurant LA CUVETTE DE BOUILLONS recrute un CHEF DE CUISINE ou une CHEFFE DE CUISINE !

C’est quoi la cuvette, c’est tout simplement un nouveau concept qui sent bon les années 80-90.

Afin de diriger notre équipe de cuisine, nous recherchons une ou un chef pour coordonner le service et sublimer plats !

C’est une cuisine plutôt traditionnelle laissant place à votre créativité ! Avec des produits frais et de saison créant une carte riche en saveur.

Le service à la Cuvette c’est 100 places assises et en moyenne plus de 70 couverts par jour.

Vous êtes méthodique et créatif et souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise au projet enthousiasmant vous permettant de réaliser une cuisine authentique et gustative.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Missions :

- Le management d’équipe, la formation, l’évaluation des compétences en cuisine, le planning de l’ensemble des équipes en cuisine ;

- La maitrise des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité du personnel de cuisine, port de la tenue vestimentaire obligatoire, entretien des locaux ;

- L’organisation et la gestion de l’ensemble du processus de production ;

- La participation à la création de la carte et de plat ;

- La gestion des stocks et des commandes ;

- La fidélisation de la clientèle ;

- Animer et motiver ses équipes.

Profil :

- Tu es dynamique et soucieux du bien-être du client,

- Tu t’adaptes à la diversité des rythmes de commande,

- Tu es créatif et ayant un bon esprit d’équipe,

- Tu sais être polyvalent et à l’écoute.
