Nous sommes à la recherche de nos nouvelles pépites pour notre restaurant A LA CUVETTE DE BOUILLONS.

C’est un restaurant dans une ambiance décalée et conviviale avec une cuisine revisitée. Vous pouvez grignoter des petites bricoles, tout en vous amusant avec un gigantesque toboggan vous permettant de faire un petit pas vers votre enfance.

Afin de compléter notre équipe nous recherchons un/e responsable de salle.

Missions :

- Organisation et supervision du travail de l’équipe de salle ;

- Relation commerciale avec la clientèle ;

- Coordination et contrôle du service ;

- Facturation et encaissement ;

- Clôture du service et fermeture du restaurant ;

- Installation, dès l’arrivée du client, dans un climat de convivialité en appliquant les codes de l’établissement, relever et verbaliser les dysfonctionnements dans le service en dehors de la présence du client ;

- Faire respecter et appliquer strictement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.

Profil :

- Tu es dynamique et soucieux du bien-être du client,

- Tu aimes travailler dans une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale,

- Tu aimes accueillir et conseiller le client,

- Tu aimes travailler en équipe,

- Tu sais être polyvalent et est à l’écoute.
