LE METEOR

LE METEOR représente la nouvelle version d’une brasserie-restaurant historique alsacienne. C’est aussi l’une des plus grandes brasseries de France avec plus de 900 places assises et une surface de 1600 m².

On y trouve une cuisine traditionnelle Alsacienne avec notre petite touche Météorite.

Les clients peuvent s’y rendre à partir de 7 heures du matin pour un bon petit-déjeuner ou tout simplement débarquer à 23 heures et vouloir y manger une bonne tarte flambée. Sans oublier notre clubHouse permettant de suivre les plus grands matchs sportifs accompagnés d’une bonne PILS !

Quant à la Team Météorite, c’est tout simplement une équipe dynamique, dans une ambiance conviviale et qui sait aussi être à l’heure pour l’apéro.

Vous avez envie de rejoindre la team pour le poste de RESPONSABLE DE SALLE ?

Missions :

- Organisation et supervision du travail de la brigade de salle,

- Relation commerciale avec la clientèle,

- Coordination et contrôle du service,

- Facturation et encaissement,

- Clôture du service et fermeture du restaurant,

- Management et animation d’équipe.

Profil :

Savoirs “faire technique”

- Faire respecter et appliquer strictement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, faire respecter les étapes du service ;

- Analyser les situations conformes et non conformes aux standards de l’établissement, anticiper les dysfonctionnements et savoir apporter des solutions ;

- Argumenter des propositions d’amélioration du service ;

- Faciliter et réguler les relations de travail entre les personnels de la salle et de la cuisine ;

- Faire appliquer des consignes, des modes opératoires tout en réagissant aux aléas.

Savoirs “être”

- Accueillir avec le client en maîtrisant les gestes, l’expression du visage, le choix du langage ;

- Assurer la cohésion de l’équipe ;

- Faire reconnaître et accepter son autorité ;

- Installer, dès l’arrivée du client, un climat de convivialité et s'adapter à la clientèle en appliquant les codes de l’établissement, relever et verbaliser les dysfonctionnements dans le service en dehors de la présence du client.
