Au Coin des KNECKES, on recherche notre nouveau chenapan à mettre au coin !!

Le Coin, c’est avant tout un endroit cool et branché avec une équipe du tonnerre managé par Laurence. C’est une ambiance cour de récré, spot rétro et esprit bon enfant !

Petite soeur du Troquet des Kneckes, la culture Alsacienne est elle aussi la star ici ! Tu peux y boire et y manger tout au long de la journée.

Tu es dynamique, tu aimes travailler en équipe, tu es enjoué à découvrir notre brasserie-restaurant alors n’hésites plus ! Laurence t’attend avec impatience.

Missions :

- Organiser et superviser le travail de l'équipe en salle ;

- Gérer la relation commerciale avec la clientèle ;

- Coordonner et contrôler le service ;

- Facturer et encaisser ;

- Clôturer le service et fermer le restaurant ;

- Installer les clients selon les codes de l'établissement ;

- Identifier et signaler les dysfonctionnements hors présence des clients ;

- Faire appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.

Profil :

- Tu es dynamique et soucieux du bien-être du client ;

- Tu aimes travailler dans une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale ;

- Tu aimes accueillir et conseiller le client ;

- Tu aimes travailler en équipe,

- Tu sais être polyvalent(e) et à l’écoute.
