Bienvenue dans un univers unique situé au cœur de Strasbourg. Inspiré des années 30, cet établissement mêle élégance et raffinement avec une ambiance feutrée et un décor rétro. Chaque espace, de l’hôtel au restaurant, en passant par le bar, évoque le charme intemporel de cette époque. Nous recherchons notre nouveau(elle) collaborateur(trice) pour offrir à nos clients une expérience mémorable du petit déjeuner au diner.

Que ferez-vous à votre poste ?

  • Assurer la parfaite mise en place de la salle ;
  • Intervenir sur les différents services de l’établissement (petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner)
  • Accueillir les clients, effectuer le service au bar et en salle ;
  • Maîtriser nos prestations et produits pour offrir à nos hôtes la meilleure expérience possible;
  • Gérer les encaissements ;
  • Veiller au nettoyage et à l’entretien de la salle avant et après chaque service.

Les qualités nécessaires pour ce poste :

  • Vous avez de l’entregent et savez faire preuve d’une attitude positive et chaleureuse dès le début de la journée ;
  • Vous êtes polyvalent(e) et autonome ;
  • Vous avez un sens aigu du détail ;
  • Vous avez déjà une expérience de service probante auprès d’une clientèle haut-de-gamme;
  • Vous avez le sens de l’hospitalité et savez accompagner les clients avec professionnalisme ;
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) qualité de service et satisfaction clientèle ;
  • Vous parlez anglais, et la maîtrise d’une troisième langue est un plus
