As we continue to scale our global platform, the Junior Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in driving end-to-end production and distribution of sports licensed apparel into South Korea.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end production and distribution of sports licensed apparel, with a focus on sourcing materials and factories, managing international imports into South Korea, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality seasonal apparel lines on time and within budget. This role partners with cross-functional teams across planning, logistics, and customer operations to ensure operational excellence throughout the supply chain. The Junior Supply Chain Manager delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

  • Partner with Merchandising Directors and designers to align seasonal apparel development with brand strategy and market needs, ensuring cross-functional collaboration at every stage of production.
  • Coordinate with local operations, logistics partners, and offshore vendors to ensure seamless handover of shipments and shared accountability for production timelines.
  • Support planning and reporting accuracy initiatives across teams, surfacing data-driven insights that enable continuous performance improvement.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of sports licensed apparel to fans by managing factory negotiations, order placement, and production tracking with a focus on quality and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor quality control throughout the production lifecycle, resolving issues proactively to maintain the high standards fans expect from officially licensed merchandise.
  • Oversee forecasting and vendor coordination to anticipate demand shifts and maintain product availability across local and offshore channels.
  • Communicate clearly with factories and partners to ensure delivery commitments are met and fan-facing deadlines are never compromised.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Identify opportunities to streamline import and customs clearance processes for goods entering South Korea, reducing lead times and operational friction.
  • Leverage ERP systems and digital tools to improve inventory visibility, order tracking accuracy, and production data integrity.
  • Apply forecasting and capacity planning methodologies to anticipate supply chain constraints and develop proactive solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate vendor performance and sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency and quality improvements across the apparel supply chain.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

  • Own the full production cycle from material sourcing through factory management, ensuring orders are negotiated, placed, tracked, and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage international imports of goods into South Korea from overseas factories, including end-to-end coordination of the customs clearance process.
  • Maintain production scheduling and vendor relationship management for both local and offshore apparel vendors, ensuring operational readiness at every transition point.
  • Lead supply chain reporting with a high degree of accuracy, taking personal accountability for data quality and performance metrics across planning and logistics functions.

AI & DIGITAL CAPABILITY

We are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:

  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience sourcing materials, negotiating and managing orders, and overseeing apparel production — especially licensed products — including product costing.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs, and import operations, with particular expertise in imports into South Korea.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with merchandising and design teams to develop seasonal apparel lines.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management, order tracking, and production data accuracy.
  • Strong forecasting, capacity planning, and vendor relationship management capabilities.
  • Fluency in Korean and English preferred, with a solid understanding of global business environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
