  • Manage budgets, pricing and subsidy strategy, cost-to-serve, value realization, KPIs, and reporting across experience, engagement, quality, efficiency, financial performance, and business impact.
  • Align cross-functional partners and strengthen service culture through clear governance, standards, tools, training, and requirements for health, safety, compliance, accessibility, and operational readiness.

Minimum Required Experiences and Skills

  • 6 years of product management experience in hospitality, luxury food service, or corporate dining.
  • Experience developing premium hospitality concepts and elevated experiences, including fine dining, executive hospitality, or luxury events.
  • Experience leading end-to-end culinary products or services, from concept and launch through continuous improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
