The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of a growing Bee Cave-based advisory practice led by a 30+ year industry veteran. This is a hands-on, client-facing support role where you own the day-to-day — keeping the calendar running, clients taken care of, and your advisor free to focus on growing the business.

Your Impact

  • Manage the advisor's calendar and coordinate client appointments end-to-end
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client calls — screen, respond, and resolve where you can
  • Liaison between the advisor and Farther's centralized service team, tracking open items and keeping things moving
  • Handle account administration: document uploads, client onboarding, service requests, and platform questions
  • Maintain a meticulous CRM — client records, activity logs, and follow-up items always current
  • Send monthly client communications, birthday cards, gifts, and coordinate client events
  • Produce reports and support meeting prep and post-meeting follow-up
  • Be a consistent, warm presence for clients who need help navigating the platform or have day-to-day questions

The Ideal Match

  • 1–4 years in a client-facing support, administrative, or operations role — financial services experience a plus but not required
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail — you plan ahead, nothing slips, and clients never have to ask twice
  • Confident and warm on the phone — you enjoy talking to clients and handle a wide range of questions with calm professionalism
  • Proactive by nature — you spot what needs to be done before being asked
  • Strong written communication skills for client-facing emails and outreach
  • Comfortable picking up new tech platforms quickly
  • Able to work hybrid from Bee Cave, TX

Bonus Points

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similarly client-focused environment
  • Series 65 or equivalent license (or interest in getting licensed down the road)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Redtail, or similar)
  • You're the person who remembers the kids' names and the dog's birthday — and people love you for it
