Fashion´s Park nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Ejecutivo(a) de Evaluación de Crédito, cuyo objetivo es establecer y supervisar la normativa de control del riesgo crediticio para la concesión de créditos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos relacionados con la obtención de nuevos créditos, el uso de la tarjeta de crédito y sus productos asociados.

Algunas de sus principales funciones son:

Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de crédito

  • Asegurar que las políticas de crédito se cumplan en todos los niveles de la cadena, garantizando la consistencia y el control sobre la asignación de crédito, minimizando riesgos para la empresa.
  • Aplicar políticas y procedimientos en la evaluación de clientes.
  • Realiza evaluaciones de clientes para otorgamiento de crédito, incluyendo aumentos de cupo, cambios de producto y gestión de clientes morosos

Analizar, validar y evaluar solicitudes de clientes para diversos requerimientos

  • Revisar y confirmar que los nuevos clientes cumplan con las variables y criterios establecidos en la política interna de crédito.
  • Asegurar que los nuevos créditos se ajusten a las reglas establecidas.
  • Lleva a cabo evaluaciones de clientes para aumentos de cupo, cambios de producto, convenios de pago, activación de cuentas, y otros requerimientos de clientes que requieran una evaluación de su condición actual.
  • Garantizar que las decisiones se basen en la situación actual del cliente y en los criterios crediticios de la empresa.

El cargo se desempeña de manera remota, salvo el primer mes que debe de ser presencial en las instalaciones de la empresa, luego remoto y en ocasiones debe de hacerse presente de manera presencial (excepcionalmente)

El cargo en un principio es apoyo temporada navidad con un contrato por dos meses con una renovación por igual periodo si alguna de las partes no estipula lo contrario y posterior podría tener proyección indefinida.

Requisitos

Experiencia idealmente

  • Call Center, Servicio al cliente, Cobranza.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares.

Conocimientos

  • Carrera técnica o profesional en administración o carrera afín.
