The posting

Fazer Sverige vill ytterligare stärka sin position på den svenska marknaden och söker nu en Key Account Manager som kommer att ansvara för vår nykundsbearbetning men även hanteringen av lokala grossister. Du kommer att arbeta med starka varumärken såsom Tutti Frutti, Frebaco, Dumle, Froosh, Geisha, Karl Fazer och Aroma.

Som Key Account Manager på Fazer Sverige kommer du få en viktig roll med ansvar både att utveckla befintliga affärer men även att jaga in nya. Du ansvarar för att implementera strategier, uppnå uppsatta mål samt tillsammans med kunden utveckla försäljning och lönsamhet för kategorier så som konfektyr, frukost, bak & sötning, kex & kakor, juice (smoothie).

Du driver sortiments- och prisförhandlingar med kunderna, skapar säljplaner och initierar försäljningsaktiviteter. I rollen ingår att arbeta strategiskt och långsiktigt för att stärka företagets position på marknaden men även ta sig an de administrativa delar som arbetet kräver för att säkra framgångsrikt genomförande. Du kommer att ha resultat- och kostnadsansvar för din/dina kunder.

Internt jobbar du tätt med olika delar av företaget för att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för Fazer Sverige och dina kunder (t.ex. Marknad, trade, sälj, logistik m.fl.).

Tjänsten är heltidstjänst med tillsvidareanställning och du rapporterar till Sales Director i Fazer Sverige. Arbetsplatsen är vårt kontor i Stockholm, i Hagastaden, där vi huvudsakligen arbetar på plats.

Du som söker har erfarenhet från försäljning inom snabbrörliga konsumtionsvaror, gärna från en liknande Key Account roll. Du har högskoleexamen eller motsvarande inom relevant område.

Vi söker dig som vill vara en del av ett framgångsrikt team. Du är en utpräglad lagspelare med stark egen motor och en vilja att ta ett större helhetsansvar gällande kundstrategier än vad som är möjligt i många andra företag. För att vara lämplig i rollen det att du är självständig, har god planering och har ett intresse och förståelse för affären och kundens bästa. För att uppnå framgång i rollen som Key Account Manager är du strategisk och analytisk och en skicklig förhandlare.

Vi ser att du är beslutsam och orädd vilket också innebär förmåga till stark drivkraft och proaktivitet. Du har förmåga att såväl planera och utveckla som genomföra och följa upp, då det krävs att du är prestigelös, ser helheten och driver processer med stort engagemang.

För att lyckas i rollen som Key Account Manager ser också att du är prestigelös och en god relationsskapare med vilja och förmåga att skapa och utveckla kontakter på alla nivåer.
