1. 体系搭建：协助建设集团及医院医疗质量安全管理体系，制定质量管理标准和评价体系，确保各医院质量一致性和标准化；制定医疗质量管理制度和改进计划，监督执行情况。 2. 质量提升：能现场实地指导医院质量和安全提升，并对医疗管理提出改进措施。 3. 风险管控：构建医疗质量风险管控体系，分析不良事件和医疗纠纷，建立动态监测系统，降低风险，确保医疗安全。 4. 指标管理：建立医疗质量安全指标管理体系，涵盖多类指标（质量安全指标、专业指标、获得性指标和单病种指标），通过数字化手段，实现指标监测、上报和数据应用，推动质量改进。 5. 质量检查：组织医疗服务全年度自查、互查及专家评价，制定检查计划和标准，分析检查结果，提出改进措施并跟踪落实。 6. 根据集团和医院医保部门需要，因地制宜，促进三医联动和三径合一。 7. 其他工作：完成公司安排的其他工作，支持集团战略目标实现。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，医疗相关专业，硕士以上学历优先。 2. 10 年以上工作经验，其中 5 年二级以上医疗相关管理经验，中级以上职称，有医疗集团经验优先。 3. 熟练使用办公软件，熟悉医疗质量管理工具。 4. 3.了解医疗行业法律法规，熟悉国家医疗质量和医保管理政策。 5. 沟通能力强，组织协调能力佳，具备团队合作精神和问题解决能力，责任心强，能承受工作压力。 6. 具有学习能力，能学习国内外常见医疗规范和指南并指导医院医疗质量提升。 熟悉使用飞书等协作工具,持有"飞书效率先锋认证"者优先。 工作环境与职业发展： 1、主要集团总部及各医院工作，需出差检查指导。 2、晋升空间大，可担任更高管理职位，参与整体战略规划。
