医院财务负责人，需熟悉财务全盘工作，有经营意识及内控思维逻辑 双向汇报（院长、集团财务总） 1、贯彻执行国家财经政策、法规，核查监督财务收支、财务管理和资金使用情况，维护公司资产的安全与完整； 2、建立健全公司财务管理制度、内部控制制度和财务核算体系，确保财务工作的规范化和标准化； 3、组织编制公司年度财务预算，监督预算执行情况，进行预算执行分析和调整； 4、合理筹集和使用资金，优化资金结构，降低资金成本。监控资金流动情况，防范资金风险，保障公司资金的安全和正常运转； 5、组织开展成本核算和成本分析工作，提出成本控制措施和建议，协助公司实现成本管理目标； 6、合理安排财务人员的工作岗位和职责，组织财务人员的培训和考核，提高财务团队的整体素质和业务能力； 7、配合内部审计和外部审计机构的工作，对公司财务活动进行监督检查，发现问题及时整改； 8、做好内外部工作协调，与上级主管部门、财政、税务、银行等相关单位保持良好沟通和关系维护。

1）全日制本科及以上学历，年龄在45岁以内优先； 2）中级及以上职称； 3）10年以上工作经验，2年及以上全盘财务管理经验。
