1、全面负责对口成员医院医保管理工作，参与预算目标制定和审议，医保管理策略制定和执行等工作。对医院医保相关问题和风险及时纠偏。 2、推进医院成立医保、医疗、医药联动工作小组，建立三医联动工作机制，审议指导医院费用结构优化及绩效调整相关工作。 3、对医院年度医保清算结果负责，预警医保基金运行风险，开展月度DRGs/DIP亏损分析，降低医保结付亏损。 4、制定医院物价管理办法，提升医院收费合规性。内部巡查，发布问题报告，出具整改要求，落实整改措施。 5、有效应对医保端检查。管理对口成员医院医保局端检查问题，指导督促医院整改。 6、参与医院管理提升专项工作。

1）从事医院医保/运营管理3年以上。 2）熟悉医保、物价管理各环节工作(包括不限于价格制定、医保贯标、DRGs/DIP的合理入组），具备扎实的医保、物价管理基础知识。能独立完成医院日常医保稽核。 3）具备数据统计分析能力，能对医保端的病种数据进行科室、病种、医生级别分析。指导临床科室按照医保局端支付标准收费。 4）熟悉医保局端的医保基金预算、拨付及结算规则，管理医院医保基金拨付往来。 5）具有高度的责任心，较强的组织管理能力，良好的沟通、协调能力和外部关系处理能力。
