Estamos assessorando uma empresa importadora e distribuidora de bolsas e acessórios de moda, que abastece centenas de lojas franqueadas e multimarcas em todo o país, na contratação de um(a) Analista Administrativo Comercial.

Aqui você não vai só responder e-mails e atualizar planilhas: vai cuidar da experiência do lojista do pedido até a entrega, acompanhando cada etapa e resolvendo o que aparecer no caminho. A vaga foi desenhada para quem gosta de atender bem, é detalhista, se sente à vontade com sistemas e planilhas e quer crescer junto com um departamento em expansão.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atender os lojistas por WhatsApp, e-mail, telefone e demais canais, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre status de pedidos, faturamento e divergências, porque quem atende bem pega o problema do cliente e só solta quando ele está resolvido.
  • Registrar cada solicitação no sistema, abrindo e acompanhando chamados até a conclusão, para que toda a equipe tenha acesso à mesma informação, sem depender de anotações soltas.
  • Lançar e acompanhar pedidos de venda no ERP, incluindo os pedidos das coleções sazonais, que movimentam a operação várias vezes ao longo do ano.
  • Conferir informações de faturamento e notas fiscais de venda, identificando qualquer inconsistência antes que ela vire problema para o cliente.
  • Tratar pedidos de prorrogação de boleto, desconto e abatimento, fazendo a ponte entre o lojista e o financeiro da empresa.
  • Acompanhar entregas e rastrear cargas nos portais das transportadoras, avisando o cliente antes que ele precise cobrar, porque estar um passo à frente é o que transforma um atraso em confiança.
  • Atuar no pós-venda, acompanhando reclamações e devoluções e fazendo a triagem das ocorrências de qualidade, sinalizando quando um mesmo modelo ou lote começa a dar sinal de alerta.
  • Manter planilhas, controles e relatórios atualizados, organizando as informações do departamento para apoiar decisões do dia a dia.
  • Apoiar a equipe no controle das entregas, trabalhando lado a lado com a colega da área, e, com o tempo, assumir controles mais complexos da operação.

Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h, 100% presencial.

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Logística ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente (B2B ou B2C), rotinas administrativas ou backoffice comercial
  • Excel em nível intermediário/avançado: fórmulas, PROCV e organização de planilhas
  • Vivência com sistemas ou ERP e facilidade para aprender novas ferramentas
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade para resolver problemas do dia a dia

Diferenciais que valorizamos:

  • Experiência com ERP TOTVS ou sistemas similares
  • Noções de faturamento e nota fiscal (CFOP, NCM e campos básicos)
  • Experiência com logística, transportadoras e rastreamento de entregas
  • Experiência em pós-venda
  • Conhecimento de Power BI
  • Inglês básico
