Como Analista de Dados e Estudos Sênior, você será respnsável por planejar e desenvolver estudos, diagnósticos e análises quantitativas e qualitativas sobre a educação pública brasileira. Atuará na produção de conhecimento aplicado, transformando evidências em análises, recomendações estratégicas e produtos de comunicação que apoiem gestores públicos, equipes técnicas e parceiros institucionais na formulação, no monitoramento e no aprimoramento de programas e políticas públicas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Planejar e desenvolver estudos e diagnósticos sobre desafios da educação pública, definindo perguntas de pesquisa, indicadores, recortes populacionais e estratégias metodológicas.
  • Estruturar, integrar e analisar bases de dados provenientes de fontes internas e de bases públicas educacionais e socioeconômicas.
  • Desenvolver indicadores e modelos analíticos para subsidiar o monitoramento, a avaliação e o aprimoramento de programas e políticas públicas.
  • Aplicar técnicas estatísticas para investigar desigualdades educacionais, trajetórias escolares, aprendizagem, acesso, permanência e outros temas relacionados à educação.
  • Elaborar relatórios analíticos, notas técnicas, apresentações executivas, visualizações de dados, traduzindo evidências em recomendações para a tomada de decisão.
  • Atuar como referência técnica em projetos de dados e pesquisa aplicada, apoiando equipes multidisciplinares e assegurando a qualidade metodológica das entregas.
  • Realizar interlocução técnica com gestores públicos, pesquisadores e parceiros institucionais para apresentar resultados e apoiar o uso estratégico de evidências.

Horário de trabalho: de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18:30h

Modelo híbrido – presencial mínimo 2 dias na semana (em Pinheiros/SP) e 3 dias home office.

  • Mestrado em Economia, cursando ou formado.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Economia, Gestão de Políticas Públicas, Ciências Sociais, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados, como R, Stata ou Python.
  • Experiência na utilização de bases públicas educacionais e socioeconômicas, como Censo Escolar, Saeb, PNAD Contínua e outras bases administrativas.
  • Conhecimento em estatística descritiva e inferencial, análise exploratória e metodologias de pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa.
  • Experiência na produção de pesquisa aplicada, monitoramento e avaliação de políticas públicas.
  • Capacidade de transformar análises complexas em insights claros e estratégicos para diferentes públicos.
