Estamos assessorando um escritório de contabilidade que atua como parceiro estratégico dos seus clientes, usando tecnologia e método para antecipar riscos, organizar informações e contribuir para o crescimento sustentável de cada negócio atendido, na contratação de um(a) Assistente de Atendimento e Sucesso do Cliente para o time Comercial.

Aqui o seu trabalho não é só responder mensagem: é acolher, direcionar e acompanhar cada cliente para que ele sinta que tem um time de verdade por trás da contabilidade dele. Se você é organizado(a), gosta de gente e quer construir uma trajetória com espaço real de crescimento, inclusive rumo a uma atuação comercial mais ativa no futuro, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Fazer a triagem e o primeiro atendimento de todas as mensagens que chegam pelo WhatsApp, direcionando cada uma ao colaborador ou departamento certo, porque conhecer bem o time interno é o que garante uma resposta rápida e assertiva para o cliente.
  • Conduzir o onboarding de novos clientes, apresentando o time, os planos contratados e as regras de atendimento, para que a experiência comece com clareza desde o primeiro dia.
  • Acompanhar o sucesso da carteira de clientes já ativa, com foco especial nos clientes de menor porte, porque são eles que mais precisam de proximidade para não se sentirem só mais um número.
  • Fazer o follow-up estruturado das propostas comerciais já enviadas, respeitando o prazo ideal para cada perfil de cliente, sem deixar nenhuma oportunidade esfriar.
  • Atender e converter as demandas comerciais que chegam por iniciativa própria (leads inbound via WhatsApp, redes sociais etc.), sendo muitas vezes a primeira impressão que o cliente tem da empresa.
  • Elaborar orçamentos e conduzir alterações contratuais solicitadas por clientes já ativos, como mudança de plano ou atualização de dados.
  • Manter atualizadas as informações de atendimento e follow-up nas ferramentas de controle, porque um bom registro é o que permite dar continuidade sem perder o histórico do cliente.
  • Identificar oportunidades de upsell dentro da carteira já atendida, ajudando o cliente a enxergar quando outro plano faz mais sentido para o momento dele.
  • Apoiar, em um segundo momento, ações pontuais de prospecção ativa, conforme sua evolução na função.

Jornada de Trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h30.

  • Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente e/ou backoffice
  • Comunicação escrita clara, objetiva e acolhedora, com desenvoltura para atendimento via WhatsApp
  • Boa organização e capacidade de seguir processos e rotinas estruturadas
  • Conhecimento de Pacote Office (Excel)
