Como Assistente de Vendas você será responsável por:

  • Receber, escutar e encantar clientes na loja, apresentando nossos produtos de forma consultiva e inteligente.
  • Conduzir toda a jornada de venda: do primeiro “olá!” ao fechamento da venda — sempre buscando superar expectativas!
  • Fazer prospecção ativa de clientes: usar WhatsApp, telefone, vídeo e redes sociais para buscar novos negócios.
  • Produzir conteúdo simples de engajamento nas redes da loja: fotos, vídeos, lives… vale até dar aquele “alô” em quem está em dúvida!
  • Realizar follow-up atencioso com quem ficou de pensar na compra, sem nunca perder o timing.
  • Atender clientes vindos de anúncios na internet e campanhas pagas: aqui, o digital faz parte do nosso dia a dia!
  • Ajudar na organização, limpeza e apresentação da loja, vitrine bonita vende mais!
  • Cobrir plantões de colegas em outras lojas da rede.
  • Reportar diariamente ao gestor as vendas fechadas e o andamento dos atendimentos.
  • Mergulhar no aprendizado técnico sobre os colchões e ajudar cada cliente a encontrar seu “sono dos sonhos.

Jornada de Trabalho: De 2ª a sábado das 09h às 19h e Domingo das 09h às 13h (alternados)

  • Experiência anterior em vendas, de preferência em loja de rua/varejo (desejável, não eliminatório)
  • Conhecimento básico de informática e facilidade para aprender sistemas de vendas
  • Domínio de ferramentas de comunicação digital: WhatsApp (áudio, vídeo e texto), Instagram e Facebook
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita em português
  • Noções básicas de atendimento consultivo e técnicas de venda
  • Disponibilidade para treinamento prático nas lojas da rede
