Estamos assessorando um supermercado consolidado, com quase 30 anos de atuação na região de Barueri/SP, na contratação de um(a) Atendente de Balcão — Atendimento ao Cliente para reforçar o time de loja.

Aqui você não fica preso a um único setor: é a referência para o cliente quando ele tem uma dúvida, precisa trocar um produto ou quer saber onde encontrar algo. Se você gosta de resolver, tem paciência e cordialidade no atendimento, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Receber e atender os clientes no balcão de atendimento, com cordialidade e agilidade.
  • Prestar informações sobre produtos, promoções e localização de setores, ajudando o cliente a encontrar o que precisa mais rápido.
  • Realizar trocas e devoluções de produtos, seguindo a política da loja.
  • Direcionar o cliente ao setor correto (açougue, padaria, hortifrúti, entre outros) quando necessário.
  • Manter o balcão de atendimento organizado e limpo, com os materiais de apoio sempre disponíveis.
  • Apoiar os demais setores da loja nos momentos de maior movimento.

Jornada de Trabalho: de segunda a sábado, em um dos dois turnos disponíveis — das 08:00 às 16:20 ou das 12:30 às 20:50. Escala 6x1, com pelo menos 2 domingos trabalhados por mês (folga concedida na mesma semana).

  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sábado, incluindo alguns domingos (escala 6x1).
  • Facilidade de comunicação e gosto por atendimento ao público.
  • Residir em Barueri ou região de fácil acesso.
