Estamos assessorando um negócio de gastronomia artesanal, com forte posicionamento em sustentabilidade e experiência do cliente, na contratação de um(a) Auxiliar Administrativo para apoiar diretamente a gestão da operação.

Se você é organizado(a), comunicativo(a) e gosta de um ambiente dinâmico, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Realizar atividades administrativas e de atendimento ao cliente na área de turismo.
  • Organizar tarefas, prazos e agendas, mantendo planilhas, documentos e reservas sempre atualizados, porque na correria do dia a dia nada pode escapar.
  • Atender clientes por WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail e presencialmente, com uma comunicação clara e acolhedora que reflita o cuidado artesanal do negócio.
  • Acompanhar pedidos, reservas, estoque e pagamentos, com atenção aos detalhes em cada etapa da operação.
  • Antecipar necessidades da gerente e resolver pequenos problemas sem esperar ordens, sugerindo melhorias sempre que possível.
  • Apoiar rotinas comerciais, acompanhando orçamentos, pós-venda e o relacionamento com clientes.
  • Alternar entre tarefas administrativas, atendimento e apoio operacional, especialmente em períodos de maior movimento, como finais de semana, feriados e eventos.
  • Usar ferramentas como Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive e WhatsApp Business no dia a dia, e aprender sistemas simples de vendas, estoque ou reservas.

Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 09h às 17h, e aos sábados, das 09h às 15h.

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento, será um diferencial.
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e rotinas administrativas
  • Domínio básico de Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em finais de semana e feriados
