Estamos assessorando um supermercado consolidado, com quase 30 anos de atuação na região de Barueri/SP, na contratação de um(a) Confeiteiro(a) para o setor de confeitaria da loja.

Aqui você não segue só uma receita padrão: tem espaço para colocar sua técnica e criatividade na produção de bolos, doces, salgados e sobremesas que os clientes escolhem todos os dias. Se você tem prática em confeitaria e capricho com a qualidade e apresentação dos produtos, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Preparar bolos, tortas, doces, sobremesas, cremes, recheios, caldas e chocolates, com foco em sabor e qualidade.
  • Preparar salgados e pães doces em geral, ampliando o mix de produtos da confeitaria.
  • Operar equipamentos de confeitaria como masseira, cilindro de massas, liquidificadores e batedeiras.
  • Confeitar bolos, tortas e sobremesas, cuidando da apresentação final dos produtos.
  • Garantir a limpeza dos equipamentos e das mesas de trabalho, seguindo boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos.
  • Controlar a validade da matéria-prima e o estoque do setor, evitando desperdícios.

Jornada de Trabalho: de segunda a sábado, das 07:00 às 15:20. Escala 6x1, com pelo menos 2 domingos trabalhados por mês (folga concedida na mesma semana).

  • Experiência anterior em confeitaria.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sábado, incluindo alguns domingos (escala 6x1).
  • Residir em Barueri ou região de fácil acesso.
