Como Consultor(a) de R&S, você será responsável por:

  • Realizar triagem curricular, entrevistas on-line e presenciais com os candidatos selecionados, avaliando suas competências e compatibilidade com a cultura da empresa;
  • Aplicar testes de habilidades técnicas e comportamentais para avaliar o nível de aptidão dos candidatos às vagas em aberto;
  • Elaborar relatório de avaliação dos candidatos, apresentando os pontos fortes e pontos de desenvolvimento de cada um, além de sugestões de melhoria no processo seletivo;
  • Dar feedbacks aos candidatos não selecionados, orientando-os sobre pontos de melhoria para futuras oportunidades de trabalho;
  • Realizar os processos seletivos de acordo com as necessidades de contratação dos clientes, compreendendo suas estratégias, valores e cultura organizacional;
  • Desenvolver perfis de candidatos ideais para cada vaga, considerando as competências técnicas e comportamentais necessárias para o sucesso na posição.
  • Passar status e indicadores diários das vagas que está trabalhando.

Horário de trabalho: comercial

  • Conhecimento de técnicas e ferramentas de recrutamento e seleção;
  • Habilidades para conduzir processos seletivos de cargos operacionais e grandes volumes;
  • Formação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência nas atividades de Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Estrutura física para trabalhar home office, computador e internet;
  • Habilidade de comunicação;
  • Organização e planejamento;
  • Empatia;
  • Orientação para resultados.
