Estamos assessorando um supermercado consolidado, com quase 30 anos de atuação na região de Barueri/SP, na contratação de um(a) Encarregado(a) de Loja para coordenar as equipes e rotinas operacionais.

Aqui você não fica só apagando incêndio: é quem organiza as escalas, acompanha indicadores e garante que caixa, reposição, açougue, padaria e hortifrúti trabalhem alinhados. Se você tem perfil de liderança e gosta de organizar processos, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Supervisionar as equipes dos diferentes setores da loja, garantindo o alinhamento entre caixa, reposição, açougue, padaria e hortifrúti.
  • Organizar as escalas de trabalho, assegurando cobertura adequada em todos os setores.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da loja, reportando resultados à gestão.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de atendimento, organização e limpeza, mantendo a experiência do cliente consistente.
  • Apoiar na resolução de situações e conflitos com clientes, atuando como ponto de referência da loja.
  • Acompanhar o controle de estoque, validade e perdas, contribuindo diretamente para o resultado da loja.

Jornada de Trabalho: de segunda-feira a sábado, das 12h30m às 20h50m. Escala 6x1, com pelo menos 2 domingos trabalhados por mês (folga concedida na mesma semana).

  • Experiência anterior em supervisão de equipe em varejo ou supermercado.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6x1, incluindo alguns domingos.
  • Residir em Barueri ou região de fácil acesso.
