Estamos assessorando um grupo de varejo e atacado de eletrodomésticos, eletroportáteis, eletrônicos e utilidades domésticas da Zona Sul de São Paulo, na contratação de um Gerente Geral (Comercial Varejo).

Aqui você não vai só acompanhar planilha: vai liderar pessoas, estar na operação e fazer as lojas venderem mais. Se você gosta de ver equipe crescendo, tem energia e vontade de fazer acontecer, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Liderar a operação comercial do varejo, garantindo o cumprimento das metas de vendas e margem.
  • Acompanhar, orientar e desenvolver os vendedores das lojas, com feedback frequente e treinamento em atendimento e negociação.
  • Organizar escalas, folgas e cobertura das lojas, assegurando que nenhuma operação fique descoberta.
  • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais diários e semanais e agir rápido quando o resultado foge do esperado.
  • Cuidar de estoque, reposição, precificação e exposição, porque loja bem abastecida e bem apresentada vende mais.
  • Garantir padrão de atendimento e organização das lojas, sendo exemplo para a equipe.
  • Planejar e executar campanhas e ações promocionais em parceria com a direção.
  • Participar da seleção de novos vendedores, ajudando a trazer gente que combina com o time.
  • Reportar resultados e necessidades da operação à direção, com clareza e transparência.

Jornada de Trabalho: segunda a sexta, das 8h às 18h; sábado, das 10h às 20h. Um dia por semana o expediente vai até as 20h para cobrir a folga do gerente da loja, com compensação do horário.

  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipes comerciais no varejo
  • Perfil proativo, dinâmico e orientado a resultados
  • CNH categoria B
  • Veículo próprio
  • Disponibilidade para a jornada descrita, incluindo sábados
  • Disponibilidade para contratação como PJ
