Estamos assessorando um escritório de contabilidade com mais de 14 anos de mercado, na Zona Leste de São Paulo, na contratação de um(a) Assistente Contábil.

Aqui você não vai só executar tarefas: vai assumir a rotina de lançamentos, conciliações e fechamento, ter voz nas decisões do dia a dia e ainda ajudar a orientar quem está começando na área. Se você já tem vivência contábil, gosta de organização e quer crescer com acompanhamento direto da liderança, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Realizar lançamentos contábeis e conciliações de contas bancárias, clientes, fornecedores e folha de pagamento, com autonomia, porque o fechamento do mês depende da qualidade desse trabalho.
  • Classificar, conferir e organizar documentos contábeis e fiscais, garantindo a integridade das informações que sustentam toda a contabilidade.
  • Elaborar balancetes e DREs, com revisão do contador responsável, transformando números em informação útil para o cliente.
  • Revisar lançamentos dos módulos fiscal e pessoal e tratar divergências antes que virem problema.
  • Analisar saldos e contas contábeis, identificando inconsistências e propondo ajustes.
  • Conferir relatórios contábeis e controles internos, mantendo o olhar atento aos detalhes.
  • Cumprir e acompanhar os prazos de fechamento mensal, junto com o time.
  • Contribuir com melhorias e automação de processos, usando as ferramentas digitais do escritório.

Jornada de Trabalho: de segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h, e às sextas-feiras, das 08h às 17h. Trabalho 100% presencial.

  • Ensino superior em Ciências Contábeis (em andamento ou concluído)
  • Experiência prévia na rotina contábil (lançamentos, conciliações e balancetes)
  • Conhecimento dos regimes Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido
  • Excel em nível intermediário
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial no Tatuapé, São Paulo/SP
