Estamos assessorando uma rede de óticas com mais de 60 anos de trajetória no mercado paulistano, em parceria com uma das principais marcas mundiais de tecnologia óptica, na contratação de um(a) Vendedor(a) Especialista em Óptica para a unidade de Alto de Pinheiros.

Aqui você não vai só vender óculos: vai fazer um atendimento consultivo de verdade, entendendo a necessidade visual e de estilo de cada cliente e apresentando tecnologia de ponta em lentes premium. Se você tem habilidade comercial, gosta de gente e já atuou no segmento óptico, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atender de forma consultiva e personalizada cada cliente, entendendo suas necessidades visuais e de estilo, porque cada pessoa exige uma solução diferente.
  • Apresentar armações, lentes premium e tecnologias de ponta, ajudando o cliente a entender o real benefício de cada produto.
  • Conduzir a venda do início ao fechamento, incluindo negociação, porque aqui você tem autonomia real no processo comercial.
  • Explicar as tecnologias das lentes de forma simples, traduzindo tecnologia em benefício prático para quem está na sua frente.
  • Buscar bater e superar as metas comerciais da loja, porque seu esforço se traduz direto em comissão.
  • Cuidar da organização e da vitrine da loja, mantendo o padrão visual que reflete a excelência da marca.
  • Fazer o acompanhamento de pós-venda, garantindo que o cliente saia satisfeito e volte a confiar na loja.
  • Contribuir para o relacionamento e a fidelização dos clientes, porque aqui o objetivo não é vender uma vez, é construir relação.

Jornada de Trabalho: De 2ª-feira a 6ª-feira das 10h às 19h e aos sábados das 10h às 14h

  • Experiência prévia em vendas, preferencialmente no segmento óptico
  • Ensino médio completo
  • Habilidade comercial e facilidade de comunicação
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na região de Alto de Pinheiros
