Du bringst fundiertes Know-how in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Automation mit, denkst analytisch und packst gerne selbst an? Als Electronics Technician (80-100%) sorgst du von unserer Werkstatt in Zürich Binz aus dafür, dass unsere vernetzten Kühlschränke und Kaffeemaschinen rund laufen. Im 12-köpfigen Technik-Team bist du die Anlaufstelle für knifflige Fälle, wächst gezielt in die Kältetechnik hinein und bringst mit deinem Wissen das ganze Team einen Schritt weiter.

DEINE VERANTWORTUNGEN

  • Führe anspruchsvolle Fehlerdiagnosen und Reparaturen an unseren Kühlgeräten und Kaffeemaschinen durch, in der Werkstatt und vor Ort bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Finde die Ursache von Problemen präzise, egal ob sie bei der Hardware, der Konfiguration oder der Telemetrie liegt, und leite sofort die richtigen Massnahmen ein
  • Unterstütze und berate als technische Ansprechperson deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei besonders komplexen Fällen
  • Prüfe neue und reparierte Geräte zuverlässig auf ihre elektrische Sicherheit
  • Dokumentiere wiederkehrende Fehler systematisch und erstelle oder verbessere Arbeitsanleitungen (SOPs)
  • Wirke tatkräftig bei technischen Dokumentationen mit (Schaltpläne, Risikobeurteilung, NEV/EMV) für unsere CAREL-Integration und das POS-System
  • Baue dein Fachwissen in der Kältetechnik gezielt aus und teile es mit dem Team

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur*in, Montage-Elektriker*in, Elektroniker*in oder Automatiker*in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Service, in der Reparatur oder in der Fehlersuche an elektrischen, elektronischen bzw. elektromechanischen Geräten
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, technisches Wissen im Team zu teilen
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der Kältetechnik
  • Vorwissen in technischer Dokumentation, im Verfassen von SOPs oder in strukturierter Root-Cause-Analyse
  • Gültiger Schweizer Führerausweis (Kategorie B)
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch (unsere Teamsprache)
  • Nichtraucher*in – wir möchten nicht, dass du nach Zigaretten riechst, weder bei der Arbeit noch bei Kundenterminen. Schliesslich geht es bei FELFEL um gutes Essen.
  • Gültige Arbeitsbewilligung oder Schweizer Pass.
