Das erwartet Sie

  • Organisation und Koordination administrativer, organisatorischer und ausgewählter privater Agenden
  • Professionelles Kalender-, Termin- und Reisemanagement
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung interner und externer Termine
  • Eigenständige Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie Schreiben nach Diktat
  • Prüfung und Koordination von Eingangsrechnungen und Honorarnoten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Teamassistent:innen und internen Schnittstellen
  • Professionelle Kommunikation mit Mandant:innen, Behörden und externen Partner:innen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im Kanzlei-, Wirtschaftsprüfungs-, Steuerberatungs- oder Beratungsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Routinierter und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und „Hands on“-Mentalität
  • Organisationsgeschick, Priorisierungskompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen
