Das erwartet Sie

  • Ein vielfach ausgezeichnetes Team von herausragenden Spezialist:innen im Bereich Corporate / M&A
  • Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Mandant:innen bei komplexen und wirtschaftlich bedeutenden Fragestellungen
  • Rechtsfragen zu Gesellschaftsrecht und M&A-Transaktionen sowie Vertragsrecht
  • Unternehmensgründungen, Unternehmenskäufe und –verkäufe, Joint Ventures sowie die Vertragsgestaltung im nationalen und internationalen Kontext

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, Engagement, Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse und einschlägige Erfahrungen
  • Zusatzqualifikationen wie Auslandserfahrung oder ein wirtschaftlich orientiertes Zweitstudium sind sehr willkommen
  • Organisationstalent und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position ist ein Monatsentgelt ab EUR 3.700,-- brutto (auf Vollzeitbasis) vorgesehen. Zusätzlich übernehmen wir die RAK-Kosten in Höhe von EUR 331,-- pro Monat. Natürlich bezahlen wir bei herausragender Erfahrung, Qualifikation und bei Erfolgen auch gerne mehr!
