Das erwartet Sie

  • Verantwortung ua für die Netzwerktechnik und Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs
  • Management und Optimierung allgemeiner IT-Abläufe sowie Prozesssteuerung
  • Planung und Überwachung des IT-Budgets und Beschaffung von IT-Komponenten
  • Support und Optimierung der Windows-Client-Umgebung sowie der MS Office Palette
  • Verantwortung für das Ticket-System und Sicherstellung effizienter Problemlösungen
  • Administration und Betreuung virtualisierter Serverumgebungen
  • Selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung von definierten IT-Projekten
  • Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Cloudlösungen (z. B. MS Azure, Office 365, DMS)
  • Ansprechpartner:in für interne IT-Mitarbeiter:innen sowie Link zu unseren Lieferanten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Administration virtualisierter Serverumgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 und MS Azure
  • Praktische Erfahrungen mit Cloudprodukten und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (DMS)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Umsetzung von definierten IT-Projekten
  • Kompetenzen im Bereich Budgetierung und Einkauf
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im herkömmlichen Windows-Client-Bereich sowie der MS Office Suite
  • Kenntnisse von MSSQL und weiteren Netzwerktechnologien wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung aus der Tätigkeit in Rechtsanwaltskanzleien und mit den dort gängigen Softwareanwendungen (z.B. JurXpert, iManage) von Vorteil
