Estamos buscando un Auditor de Calidad para unirse a nuestro equipo, en Ensenada, Mexico. Esta posición se encarga de garantizar que las piezas y los productos producidos en Fender Ensenada cumplan con todas las expectativas de los clientes; posición de experto en calidad y de manos a la obra que tome medidas rápida y eficazmente cuando se encuentren no conformidades. Mantener la interpretación más reciente de los requisitos del sistema de calidad y, por lo tanto, garantizar que las prácticas documentadas cumplan con la verdadera interpretación de las normas del sistema de gestión de calidad.

Funciones Esenciales:

  • Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería, I+D y calidad para determinar las características críticas del producto. Hacer recomendaciones para modificar las especificaciones y tolerancias de las piezas según sea necesario.
  • Análisis estadístico para el proceso y el producto (paretto, histogramas, DOE, gráficos de tendencias,)
  • Analiza las métricas de calidad de la organización y realiza revisiones periódicas para evaluar los resultados y recomendar planes de acción para cerrar las brechas a nivel operativo.
  • Coordina las actividades de los auditores e inspectores de procesos.
  • Dirige los planes de acciones correctivas y preventivas con el equipo de manufactura e ingeniería.
  • Dar seguimiento a las quejas de los clientes.
  • Crear planes de inspección para componentes, subconjuntos y conjuntos finales.
  • Generar informes con el progreso de los indicadores clave del proceso
  • Dirigir proyectos de mejora con equipos interfuncionales
  • Responsabilidades adicionales según se asignen

Calificaciones:

  • Requerido: 2-3 años de experiencia en inspección en áreas de carpintería o manufactura electrónica.
  • Certificado de preparatoria.
  • Habilidad para tocar guitarra eléctrica a un nivel avanzado
  • Microsoft office, aplicaciones SAP un plus.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Interpretación de planos.
  • Habilidades de resolución de problemas.
