Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
  • Lead daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to optimize workflow
  • Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency
  • Ensure all construction works comply with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements, and company standards
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities to align project objectives
  • Track project costs, schedules, and site productivity to support effective resource management
  • Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and construction delays to minimize disruptions
  • Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements to maintain a safe work environment
  • Prepare regular progress reports and actively participate in project meetings to communicate status and challenges

Job Requirements

  • at least 15 years experience in the Singapore construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, project management and site coordination.
