What you’ll do

  • Lead the monthly close and produce a profit and loss statement for each stall. Review sales, food costs, labour, rent and delivery fees with outlet teams and agree on actions to improve performance.
  • Track recipe costs, pork yield, portion sizes, inventory and wastage. Calculate contribution per bowl and break-even sales to guide pricing, promotions and staffing.
  • Set up daily checks to reconcile POS sales with cash, PayNow, card and delivery-platform settlements. Investigate discrepancies, refunds and voids.
  • Lead budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Oversee supplier payments and payroll funding, and plan for rent, equipment purchases and other operating commitments.
  • Build financial projections for new stalls, assess lease and fit-out costs, and review actual performance after opening.
  • Oversee financial reporting and coordinate with external advisers on audits, corporate tax and GST obligations where applicable.

What you’ll bring

  • Senior finance experience in multi-outlet F&B, food courts, retail or another multi-site business.
  • Experience owning outlet-level P&Ls, managing cash flow and improving financial controls.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to turn financial findings into practical actions for stall managers and operations teams.
  • Working knowledge of Singapore accounting and tax requirements.
