Lo que conseguirás:

Como Auxiliar de Enfermería, desempeñarás un papel clave en el apoyo a la atención de diálisis para pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica. Trabajarás estrechamente con un equipo multidisciplinar, asistirás a los pacientes durante todo su proceso de tratamiento y ayudarás a mantener los más altos estándares de higiene y seguridad, marcando una verdadera diferencia cada día.

Tus funciones serán, entre otras:

  • Acompañar al paciente desde su entrada en la clínica, asistiéndole durante su permanencia en el centro, interesándose por su estado general y por los cambios habidos desde su última diálisis, colaborando en los traslados de los pacientes dependientes.
  • Proporcionar todos los cuidados necesarios al paciente aplicando los protocolos corporativos, así como controlar y registrar la temperatura y el peso del paciente al inicio y fin de la diálisis.
  • Apoyar al equipo de enfermería la administración de la medicación prescrita, así como a realizar el tratamiento de diálisis según la prescripción definida y los procedimientos y guías de actuación vigentes, asegurando el correcto servicio al paciente.
  • Informar de cualquier alteración detectada en los pacientes y/o en el monitor o material fungible a utilizar para el tratamiento de Diálisis.
  • Comprobar y preparar los monitores y otros materiales previamente a la realización de la hemodiálisis, según instrucciones y protocolos internos, comprobando la pauta médica de cada paciente.

Requisitos:

  • Título de Auxiliar de Enfermería expedido en España o título equivalente homologado.
  • Carnet de manipulación de alimentos (en función de la región).

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia previa en un puesto similar (deseable)
