Damit unsere technischen Unterlagen jederzeit vollständig, strukturiert und verfügbar sind, suchen wir eine zuverlässige Unterstützung für administrative Aufgaben in der technischen Dokumentation. In dieser Funktion tragen Sie dazu bei, unsere Fachabteilungen zu entlasten und die Qualität unserer Dokumentationsprozesse sicherzustellen.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Drucken, Sortieren und Falten von technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen
  • Zusammenstellen und Vorbereiten von Dokumentationsunterlagen
  • Pflege, Archivierung und Ablage technischer Dokumente in digitaler und physischer Form
  • Unterstützung der technischen Fachbereiche bei Dokumentationsaufgaben
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Vollständigkeit und Aktualität der Dokumentationen
  • Verwaltung und strukturierte Ablage von Dateien auf Netzlaufwerken und in digitalen Ordnersystemen

IHR PROFIL

  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit PDF-Anwendungen (z. B. Adobe Acrobat)
  • Erfahrung mit Dateiverwaltung und digitaler Ablagestruktur von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Drucksystemen oder Plottern wünschenswert
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
