Wir suchen einen engagierten Systemadministrator/ Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, um unser IT-Team bei FEST GmbH zu unterstützen. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Administration und Monitoring von Client- und Server-Systemen, Datenbanken und Netzwerken
  • Betreuung und Schulung sowie Ansprechpartner für alle Themen im Bereich Microsoft 365
  • Fehlersuche, -analyse und -behebung im IT-Umfeld
  • Mitarbeit an Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von IT-Projekten
  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für IT-relevante Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Unterstützung, Einbringen eigener Ideen und Beratung der Fachabteilung bei IT-Fragen
  • Unterstützung der Projektabteilung bei IT-relevanten Themen in Kundenprojekten (auch bei Forschungs- und Entwicklungsthemen)

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (oder Studium) im Bereich Informatik, bspw. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in Windows und fundierte Fachkenntnisse in Microsoft 365
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in virtualisierten Serverumgebungen (Hyper-V) sowie im Umgang im ERP Systemen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang und Einsatz von KI Tools sowie im Bereich Netzwerktechnik und Firewall wünschenswert
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und eine hohe Motivation
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie eigenständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
  • Lösungsorientiertes und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
