Unser Kunde ist ein auf SAP spezialisiertes, familiäres Beratungsunternehmen und SAP-Gold-Partner mit Standorten in Bern und Zürich. Rund 200 Beraterinnen und Berater unterstützen Kunden aus öffentlicher Verwaltung, Gesundheitswesen und Energiebranche bei der digitalen Transformation mit SAP S/4HANA, Cloud-Lösungen und der SAP BTP.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Beratung von Kunden bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von unternehmensübergreifenden Projektportfolio- und Projektmanagementprozessen mit SAP EPPM
  • Analyse von Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie Durchführung von Workshops
  • Erstellung von Konzepten und Studien inklusive Machbarkeitsanalysen (Proof of Concept)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Competence Center SAP
  • Übernahme von Projektleitungs-, Teilprojektleitungs- oder Projektmitarbeitstätigkeiten in Transformationsprojekten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Themen, Technologien und Angeboten sowie punktuelle Unterstützung im Presales
  • Förderung des internen Wissensaustauschs und Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung je nach Erfahrung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH/HF) mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder vergleichbarem Hintergrund
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP Consultant in der Schweiz (intern oder extern)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in angrenzenden Modulen wie IM, FI/CO, MM oder BPC
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an kundenorientierter Arbeit
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Deutschschweiz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
