Unser Kunde ist ein führender Schweizer IT-Dienstleister mit Sitz im Kanton Aargau. Rund 30 spezialisierte SAP-Beraterinnen und -Berater (total ca. 500 Mitarbeiter) unterstützen Unternehmen aus Dienstleistung, Finanzwirtschaft, Gesundheitswesen, öffentlichem Sektor und Energie. Das Portfolio umfasst SAP-Beratung und -Implementierung, ergänzt durch IT-Security, Microsoft und AI-Lösungen.

 Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen im Finance- und Controlling-Umfeld sowie Übersetzung in integrierte SAP End-to-End-Lösungen
  • Konzeption, Design und Implementierung von SAP-Lösungen mit Fokus auf FI, CO und CA – auch modulübergreifend
  • Fachliche und technische Ausgestaltung effizienter Finance-Prozesse in S/4HANA-Systemlandschaften
  • Aktive Mitwirkung über alle Projektphasen hinweg: Anforderungsanalyse, Solution Design, Customizing, Testing, Go-Live und Hypercare
  • Beratung zu zukunftsfähigen SAP-Finance-Architekturen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen und Modulen (z. B. SD, MM, PP) zur Realisierung durchgängiger Geschäftsprozesse
  • Planung und Durchführung von Workshops, Abstimmungen und Reviews mit Fachbereichen und IT-Stakeholdern
  • Sicherstellung qualitativ hochwertiger, nachhaltiger und wartbarer Lösungen im SAP-Standard
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender SAP-Systemlandschaften sowie bei Transformations- und Optimierungsinitiativen

Dein Profil:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung als Senior Consultant mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP FI, CO und CA
  • Ganzheitliches Verständnis von Finance- und Controlling-Prozessen sowie deren Abbildung in integrierten SAP-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung in Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung durchgängiger End-to-End-Geschäftsprozesse
  • Ausgeprägtes Consulting- und Advisory-Mindset mit Fokus auf nachhaltige und praxisorientierte Lösungen
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen strukturiert zu erfassen und in tragfähige SAP Solution Designs zu überführen
  • Fundierte Customizing-Kenntnisse im FI/CO/CA-Umfeld sowie Freude an einer praxisnahen, umsetzungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in weiteren SAP-Modulen wie SD, MM, PP, PS oder CS von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und unterschiedlichen Stakeholder-Gruppen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
