Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Mitverantwortung für die Qualität und Konsistenz der Master Data in den EU-Plants Food Care Equipment und Protective Equipment
  • Ownership für den Global Material Master sowie die zugehörigen Root-Design-Stammdaten
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Artikelstammdaten entlang definierter Prozesse
  • Aufbau und Einsatz von Kontrollmechanismen zur laufenden Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
  • Identifikation von Datenfehlern, Analyse der Ursachen und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Behebung
  • Steuerung der Anlage- und Änderungsprozesse für Stammdaten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Standards und Vorgaben im Stammdatenprozess
  • Monitoring der Verkaufspreise im europäischen Umfeld
  • Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen im CSC-Umfeld
  • Aufbereitung und Kommunikation relevanter Kennzahlen des Master-Data-Teams
  • Unterstützung von Projekten rund um Stammdaten und angrenzende Prozesse
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von prozessrelevanten Dokumentationen in der PRD-Database
  • Mitarbeit in fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Supply Chain, IT/ERP, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stammdaten, vorzugsweise im SAP-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in der Steuerung von Anlage-, Änderungs- und Qualitätsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Stärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
