  • Leitung von Angebotsprozessen / Erstellung von kompletten Angeboten für Projekte / Programme
  • Vertragsverhandlung
  • Planung, Steuerung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von internationalen SAP Transformations- und Harmonisierungs-projekten /-programmen inkl. Budgetverantwortung
  • Anleitung und Überwachung der Projektleiter
  • Design von unternehmens- und system-übergreifenden Prozessen
  • Identifizieren und Beseitigen von Hemmnissen/Eskalation und übergreifende Konfliktlösung
  • Koordination von internen Fachabteilungen und externen Beraterteams
  • Stakeholder- und Account Management
  • Mitwirkung bei der Unternehmensentwicklung sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Methodik

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Angebotsprozessen und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Langjährige Erfahrungen in der Konzeption, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Leitung von SAP Projekten / Programmen inkl. Budgetverantwortung
  • Modulübergreifendes SAP Know-how sowie übergreifende Integrationskenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt in Finance oder Logistik
  • Langjährige praktische Erfahrung in der strukturierten Gestaltung bzw. Harmonisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Industrieunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägte methodische Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Programmmanagement
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Managementebenen in multikulturellen Umgebungen sowie eine diplomatische und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft, auch für Auslandseinsätze
