Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Teststrategie und Test-Governance
  • Definition von Testprozessen, Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Qualitätsstandards und Kennzahlen
  • Etablierung eines skalierbaren Testmanagement-Frameworks für Projekte und den operativen Betrieb
  • Planung und Steuerung sämtlicher Testaktivitäten in komplexen Transformationsprogrammen
  • Entwicklung von Teststrategien und Testplänen auf Projekt- und Programmebene
  • Beratung von Projektleitern, Fachbereichen und Solution Architekten
  • Verantwortung für System-, Integrations-, End-to-End-, UAT-, Regression-, Release- und Abnahmetests
  • Steuerung von Defect Management, Test-Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Eskalationen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Testautomatisierung mit Tricentis Tosca und qTest
  • Reporting an Programmleitungen, Steering Committees und Management

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement komplexer Enterprise-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Testorganisationen, Teststrategien und Governance-Strukturen
  • Praxis in grossen ERP-, SAP- oder unternehmensweiten Transformationsprogrammen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung, Release- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie Systemintegrationen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, Salesforce, Tricentis Tosca und qTest
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination verteilter Teams sowie in agilen, hybriden und klassischen Projektumgebungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und starkes Stakeholder-Management
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, Teams auch ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis zu führen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
