Verstärke unser Team am Standort Berlin ab 01.12.2026 befristet auf 1 Jahr als Senior Associate, Creative Project Manager

Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtsteuerung für kreative Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Auslieferung (end-to-end)
  • Steuerung interner Teams (Design, Text, Strategy) sowie externer Dienstleister
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Timings und Budgets
  • Qualitätssicherung: Einhaltung von Brand Guidelines und Deliverable-Standards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative Director und Berater Team; Übersetzen kreativer Visionen in umsetzbare Projektstrukturen
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung von Kampagnen Ansätzen, Creative Offering (organisches Wachstum)
  • Steuerung Video Studio

Anforderungen:

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Werbung-, Kreativ-, Kommunikations- oder PR-Agentur
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer, multidisziplinärer Projekte
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und souveränes Auftreten auf Entscheider-Ebene
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Asana, o. ä.)
  • Kreatives Grundverständnis: kein Designer, aber visuell versiert und inhaltlich urteilsfähig
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
