Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a global Product Marketing Manager to drive Fieldwire's growth, with a particular focus on enterprise customers and large general contractors, specialty contractors, and construction owners.

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing. You will develop positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and thought leadership programs that help customers understand how Fieldwire solves real construction challenges.

The ideal candidate brings experience in enterprise SaaS, construction technology, or adjacent industries and has a passion for translating complex technology into compelling customer value.

The primary responsibilities for our next Product Marketing Manager will be to:

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead global go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, feature releases, integrations, and platform initiatives.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to enterprise construction customers.
  • Build launch plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

Market Intelligence

  • Develop deep expertise in the North American construction technology landscape.
  • Monitor competitive trends and emerging technologies, including AI, BIM, project management, and field productivity solutions.
  • Conduct customer research, interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis to uncover market opportunities.

Sales Enablement

  • Create sales presentations, battlecards, customer-facing assets, and training materials.
  • Support enterprise sales cycles through customer presentations, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Equip sales teams with clear messaging and competitive differentiation.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop compelling content across blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos, case studies, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Partner with customers to showcase success stories and measurable business outcomes.
  • Help position Fieldwire as a trusted voice in construction technology, AI, BIM, and field productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing teams to align priorities and drive business outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across the organization.

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Product Marketing Manager to have the following skills and experiences

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Marketing, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS products.
  • Construction technology experience strongly preferred (Field Management, Project Management, BIM, ERP, Scheduling, Document Management, AI, or related solutions).
  • Demonstrated success launching products and driving adoption in enterprise markets.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

And if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today!

  • Experience working with General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, Owners, or Construction Technology providers.
  • Familiarity with construction project management platforms.
  • Experience bringing AI-powered products to market.
  • Public speaking and industry event experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
