Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti dell’ottica che combinino professionalità, competenza tecnica e capacità relazionali e commerciali per soddisfare al meglio le esigenze dei clienti.

Il tuo contributo sarà fondamentale per garantire la nostra Esperienza Cliente in negozio attraverso:

  • Controlli della vista professionali e accurati con le migliori tecnologie a disposizione
  • Consulenze personalizzate su lenti oftalmiche, montature, stile
  • Adattamenti optometrici e anatomici degli occhiali
  • Accoglienza clienti e attività operative quotidiane nel negozio

Oltre alla competenza tecnica, cerchiamo:

  • Diploma di abilitazione alla professione di Ottico e/o Laurea in Ottica e Optometria
  • Allineamento ai nostri valori: trasparenza, responsabilità e spirito di squadra
  • Attitudine al servizio e all’ascolto del cliente
  • Motivazione a lavorare per obiettivi e a contribuire al successo del proprio negozio e dell’azienda
  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel settore retail ottico

Cosa troverai in Fielmann:

  • Inquadramento: 3° livello CCNL Commercio per ottici in possesso del titolo di Abilitazione alla professione (RAL indicativa: 28.000€ - 30.800 € a seconda del grado di esperienza e competenze professionali pregresse) 2° livello CCNL Commercio per laureati in Ottica e Optometria e in possesso del titolo di Abilitazione alla professione dell’ottico (RAL Indicativa: 31.500€ - 32.900€ a seconda del grado di esperienza e competenze professionali pregresse)
  • Percorsi strutturati di onboarding e programmi ad hoc di sviluppo professionale
  • Formazione continua in ambito tecnico e commerciale
  • Un ambiente di lavoro dinamico, stimolante e orientato all’eccellenza e al cliente
